This year, Syngenta is excited to sponsor and support the 2018 Golf Industry Show (GIS) for OSU/Top participants.
Syngenta focuses on the delivery of innovative products and services that are designed to meet the challenges their clients face every day. Their commitment to the turf industry goes far deeper than the products they manufacture. For more than 15 years, Syngenta has been providing sponsorships for students to participate in the internship program and attend key industry events such as the Golf Industry Show (GIS).
Syngenta has been collaborating with The Ohio State University to support The Ohio Program since 1995. The Ohio Program provides educational and hands on training to an upcoming generation of golf course superintendents. More than 400 student/interns participate in the program annually, with nearly 100 focusing on the turf industry. For at least 12 months, students gain hands-on experience with the most current turf management products and practices in various environments. TOP also provides a great opportunity for the students to be mentored by turf industry leaders.
A big thank you to Syngenta for sponsoring TOP Turf Interns to defray costs of attending seminars at the 2018 Golf Industry Show.
